SERVServe Robotics Inc.
Serve Robotics Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Grubhub (Wonder) to integrate autonomous robot delivery into the Grubhub marketplace, launching in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Alexandria. The company also expanded its operational footprint by entering Washington, DC and San Jose via DoorDash partnerships and inaugurated its first micro-depot in Miami. Additionally, Serve began rolling out Moxi 2.0 hospital robots with enhanced processing capabilities, previewed the Beacon countertop product to facilitate restaurant integration, and launched an interactive advertising service called Characters featuring a branded robot named Chomp. This filing discloses operational expansion and new commercial partnerships rather than financial results or corporate governance changes. Serve Robotics Inc. designs and operates autonomous sidewalk delivery robots and indoor hospital service robots.
