SES successfully launched its eleventh, twelfth, and thirteenth O3b mPOWER satellites aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral on September 13, 2026. This launch completes the second-generation medium Earth orbit (MEO) constellation, which will join ten existing operational spacecraft once fully deployed by mid-2027. The expanded network aims to provide high-performance connectivity for enterprise, government, and mobility customers in underserved areas while enhancing system resiliency and capacity. SES operates in the global satellite communications industry, providing integrated multi-orbit space solutions for secure data relay, cloud connectivity, and video content delivery.
