Superior Group acquires Philippines BPO provider Select VoiceCom for $26.9M plus up to $6.4M earn-out

The Office Gurus, a contact centers segment of Superior Group of Companies, acquired all stock of SVCPH and substantially all assets of EBUS (Select VoiceCom) in an asset and share purchase agreement effective October 28, 2026. The transaction price is approximately $26.9 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments, plus a potential maximum earn-out of up to $6.4 million tied to revenue over two years. The acquisition establishes Superior Group’s direct operating presence in the Philippines with sites in Cebu City and Davao, expanding its global delivery footprint and Experience Process Outsourcing strategy. Funding was provided through borrowings under the company's syndicated credit facility led by PNC Bank. Superior Group of Companies operates in healthcare apparel, branded products, and contact centers.
