Sight Sciences appointed Kashif Rashid as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary effective August 10, 2026. Rashid receives a $450,000 annual base salary, a bonus target of 50% of base, and a $1.4 million restricted stock unit award vesting over four years. Jeremy Hayden resigned as Chief Legal Officer on the same date to pursue other opportunities, remaining through August 31 for transition purposes. Hayden will receive one year of base salary and COBRA benefits upon executing a separation agreement. Sight Sciences operates in the medical device industry, developing minimally invasive surgical technologies.
