Shore Bancshares, Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shore United Bank, N.A., appointed B. Scot Ebron to the position of President of the Bank. Mr. Ebron, who previously served as the Bank's Chief Banking Officer, also joined the Bank's Board of Directors. James M. Burke remains the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
