Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional reported the final results of an exchange offer for its 6.750% Notes due 2028, which expired on August 10, 2026. Holders tendered US$1,007,324,000 in principal amount, representing 77.49% of the outstanding balance and satisfying the minimum participation condition of 70%. In exchange for these Existing Notes, CSN Inova will issue approximately US$698.3 million in new 11.00% Notes due 2030 and pay approximately US$255.7 million in cash. Settlement is expected on August 12, 2026. The company also received requisite consents to amend the indenture governing the Existing Notes.
