At the June 3, 2026 Annual General Meeting, shareholders re-elected Yeshayahu Orbach to the Board and approved retroactive base salary increases effective January 1, 2026, for CEO Liron Eizenman (from NIS 70,000 to NIS 73,850 monthly) and Active Chairman Avi Eizenman (from NIS 102,536 to NIS 108,175 monthly). Shareholders rejected proposed RSU grants of 38,333 units for the CEO and 42,000 units for the Chairman. However, on June 23, 2026, the Board and Compensation Committee exercised their right under Israeli law to override the rejection of the CEO's RSU grant, modifying it to include a performance-based forfeiture condition requiring consolidated revenues of at least US$83 million for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
