SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. reported second quarter 2026 results with net sales increasing 5% to $1,530.7 million and net income attributable to the company rising 8% to $139.3 million. Gross profit grew 6% to $564.5 million as gross margin expanded 50 basis points to 36.9%, while Adjusted EBITDA increased 5% to $237.2 million with a stable 15.5% margin. The company repurchased approximately $104 million of shares during the quarter and July, acquired the remaining 25% interest in Devil Mountain Wholesale Nursery, and amended its Asset-Based Lending Facility to extend maturity to April 2031.
