Champion Homes agrees to acquire Timberline Homes assets for nine Southeastern retail locations

Champion Homes, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Timberline Homes, Inc., adding nine retail locations across Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2027, subject to customary closing conditions. All Timberline employees will be offered employment by Champion following completion. This acquisition expands Champion's direct-to-consumer strategy and retail footprint in a region aligned with its manufacturing network. Champion Homes, Inc. is a leading producer of factory-built housing in North America.
