On June 29, 2026, Sky Harbour Group Corporation subsidiary Sky Harbour Capital II LLC entered into a second amendment to its Term Loan Facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as administrative agent. The amendment allows for a $20 million borrowing, designated as the OPF Phase II Borrowing, to finance the second phase of a construction project at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport. The company subsequently requested and borrowed the full $20 million. To satisfy the amendment, the company must make cash contributions of at least $20 million to the borrowers, which may be funded via proceeds from the Series 2026 Public Finance Authority Revenue Bonds. The company also agreed to refrain from creating liens on its San José Mineta International Airport hangar campus until the replenishment is complete. Sky Harbour Group Corporation develops and operates private aviation infrastructure.
