Sun Life Financial Inc. announced the applicable dividend rates for its Class A Non-Cumulative Rate Reset Preferred Shares Series 10R and Class A Non-Cumulative Floating Rate Preferred Shares Series 11QR, effective September 30, 2026. For Series 10R shares outstanding after this date, the annual rate is set at 5.519%, resulting in a quarterly cash dividend of $0.344938 per share for the five-year period through September 30, 2031. Series 11QR shares will receive floating rate dividends based on the T-Bill Rate plus 2.17%; for the initial quarter ending December 31, 2026, this equates to $0.280978 per share.
