Stabilis Solutions, Inc. announced the termination of a time charter agreement for the Seaspan Garibaldi vessel via a Termination Option Agreement exercised by Seaspan Energy Ltd. The termination was effective June 24, 2026, and Stabilis GDS, Inc. is obligated to pay an early termination fee of $750,000 due January 1, 2027, plus approximately $1.1 million in accrued amounts payable in two installments during the third quarter of 2026.
