Soluna Holdings announced that a subsidiary entered into an agreement with Dory Creek, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bitdeer Technologies Group, to deploy approximately 28 MW of Bitcoin mining equipment at Project Kati 1 in South Texas. The deployment adds roughly 1.93 EH/s of hash rate and begins in September 2026 using a co-mining structure where Soluna provides site and power while Bitdeer owns the Sealminer A2 Pro Air equipment, with proceeds shared between parties. This follows Project Kati 1's first gross profit in Q2 2026 and expands Soluna's operational capacity to 192 MW across Kentucky and Texas sites. The company operates green data centers for intensive computing applications including AI and Bitcoin mining.
