The board appointed Mark Long as chief financial officer effective immediately. He brings prior experience as CFO at Western Digital and CEO/CFO of Prime Impact Acquisition I. His compensation includes a $725,000 base salary, a $500,000 sign-on bonus, and guaranteed annual cash bonuses up to $1.225 million. Long will also receive an initial award of 120,000 restricted stock units and options for 150,000 shares vesting over four years. David Weigand ceased serving as CFO at the same time.
