The Board appointed Shesha Krishnapura as an independent director effective October 9, 2026. Mr. Krishnapura brings expertise in high-performance computing and AI infrastructure from his tenure at Intel Corporation. Concurrently, Judy Lin retired from the Board on October 9, 2026, after serving since April 2022. The departure was not due to any disagreement with management. Super Micro Computer designs and manufactures high-performance server and storage solutions based on modular and open architecture.
