On September 15, 2026, Summit Therapeutics announced updated overall survival results from the global Phase III HARMONi clinical trial for ivonescimab presented at WCLC 2026. With a June 2026 data cut-off, the study showed an OS hazard ratio of 0.76 (nominal p=0.0151) in the global population and consistent results in Western patients, reinforcing efficacy trends observed previously. Median overall survival remained at 16.8 months for ivonescimab plus chemotherapy versus 14.0 months for placebo. The company also presented HARMONi-2 data from partner Akeso showing a significant OS benefit (HR 0.73) in China. Summit's BLA for ivonescimab has a PDUFA goal date of November 14, 2026.
