NuScale reports Q3 net loss of $43.7M and ends quarter with $1.9B in liquidity

NuScale Power reported a third-quarter 2026 net loss attributable to Class A common stockholders of $43.7 million, or $0.11 per share, compared to a loss of $273.3 million in the prior-year period. Revenue fell to $281,000 from $8.2 million as prior-year results included Fluor FEED services with no comparable activity this quarter. R&D expenses rose $7.0 million to $18.0 million due to increased activities advancing NPM component design maturity. G&A expenses decreased significantly by $491.3 million to $27.9 million. The company ended the quarter with $1.9 billion in cash, equivalents, and investments. NuScale Power Corporation is a provider of proprietary advanced small modular reactor nuclear technology.
