TD SYNNEX Corporation entered into an updated offer letter with Chief Legal Officer David Vetter, effective July 10, 2026. Under the terms, Mr. Vetter will receive an annual base salary of $670,000 and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus targeted at 100% of his base salary. Additionally, he will be granted equity awards with a fair market value of approximately $1,500,000, consisting of 60% time-based restricted stock and 40% performance-based restricted stock units.
