Volato Group’s Alignment Engine subsidiary entered into a Master Services Agreement with an unnamed large AI customer for dedicated, single-tenant GPU clusters at its Ohio campus. The agreement includes two initial orders totaling approximately $1.17 billion in aggregate contractual value over 48-month terms. The first deployment utilizes AMD MI355X GPUs starting December 31, 2026, and the second uses AMD MI455X GPUs starting June 30, 2027. The customer committed to approximately $133 million in contractual prepayments, including roughly $40 million due upon execution.
