Getty Images Holdings, Inc. and Shutterstock, Inc. have decided to terminate the Merger Agreement originally entered into on January 6, 2025, after the U.K. Competition and Markets Authority conditioned merger clearance on the sale of Shutterstock's editorial business. Getty Images' Board of Directors resolved not to proceed with the sale of the editorial business and will terminate the merger following the passage of the Second Extended End Date on July 6, 2026. Shutterstock, Inc. is a provider of stock photography, video, and music licensing services.
