SUZSuzano S.A.
Suzano S.A. reported third-quarter 2026 consolidated net revenue of R$16,516 million and adjusted EBITDA of R$5,674 million (R$5.7 billion), representing increases of 36% and 9% year-over-year, respectively. The results were significantly impacted by the consolidation of Arbex, a consumer goods joint venture with Kimberly-Clark acquired on July 1, 2026, which contributed R$803 million in adjusted EBITDA. Pulp segment adjusted EBITDA rose 5% to R$4,805 million, supported by higher sales volumes and improved pricing, while paper and packaging adjusted EBITDA declined 48% to R$277 million due to higher costs at the US operations. Net income reached R$2,084 million, and net debt increased to R$76.3 billion (US$14.7 billion), resulting in a leverage ratio of 3.7x on an actual basis and 3.4x pro forma. Suzano is one of the world’s largest integrated pulp, paper, and packaging producers.
