Suzano S.A. restructures segment reporting to separate Consumer Goods business starting in Q3 2026

Suzano S.A. is changing its financial reporting structure by operating segments, effective with the third-quarter 2026 results. The Consumer Goods business, previously reported within Paper & Packaging, will be presented as a distinct segment following the acquisition of Arbex. Historical data from Q1 2025 through Q2 2026 is restated pro forma to reflect this new methodology and include Arbex's economic performance. These changes apply only to supplementary segment information and do not impact consolidated results. Suzano S.A. operates in the pulp, paper, and cellulose industry.
