Skyworks Solutions, Inc. announced the expected executive leadership team for its pending merger with Qorvo, Inc., effective upon transaction completion. Phil Brace, Skyworks' current president and CEO, will serve as CEO of the combined company. The leadership structure includes Philip Carter as CFO, Reza Kasnavi as Executive Vice President, Chief Operations and Technology Officer, and Bob Bruggeworth, Qorvo's current CEO, joining the combined board of directors. Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is a leading developer, manufacturer, and provider of analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and solutions for applications including aerospace, automotive, broadband, cellular infrastructure, and mobile devices.
