On July 26, 2026, Serhii Kupriienko resigned as Chief Executive Officer (Global) of Swarmer, Inc., effective immediately. He will remain on the Board until the 2029 annual meeting. Alexander Fink, CEO (U.S.), continues as principal executive officer. The company does not intend to appoint a successor for the Global CEO role at this time. Kupriienko also resigned from his position at subsidiary Autonomous Robotics Systems LLC. He is entitled to accrued compensation and benefits per his employment agreement. Swarmer, Inc. operates in the autonomous robotics industry.
