Swarmer, Inc. announced a senior management realignment effective July 24, 2026. Alexander Fink, the current U.S. CEO and President, assumed additional responsibilities including oversight of human resources, finance, and operations, and will now report directly to the Board. Serhii Kupriienko, the Global CEO, will shift focus to lead the newly created Swarmer Labs, an advanced research and innovation division. Additionally, Garrett Kasper was promoted to Chief Communications Officer. Swarmer, Inc. is a defense technology company that develops autonomy and swarm coordination software for unmanned systems.
