SunCoke promotes Ryan D. Osterholm to Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations with $440K base salary

SunCoke Energy announced that P. Michael Hardesty is retiring as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, Business Development, International Coke, and Terminals after 15 years with the company. Ryan D. Osterholm has been promoted to fill this role, effective immediately. Mr. Osterholm will receive an annual base salary of $440,000 and a target non-equity incentive award equal to 60% of his base salary. He previously served as Vice President of Commercial Operations and Business Development since August 2025. SunCoke Energy operates in the metallurgical coke industry, producing coke for steel manufacturing and providing related industrial services.
