Sandex appoints Samantha Stoddard as CFO with $402,500 signing bonus

Sandex International Corporation appointed Samantha L. Stoddard as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective December 1, 2026. She joins from JELD-WEN Holding, Inc., succeeding Ademir Sarcevic, who will return to his role as Group President – Electronics. The appointment includes a $575,000 annual base salary, a target bonus of 75% of base, and equity awards valued at approximately $1.4 million. Stoddard also receives a one-time signing bonus of $402,500 subject to repayment provisions if she leaves within two years.
