SXI appoints Brunswick's Preisser to Board, succeeds retiring director Edwards

The Standex International Corporation Board appointed Brenna D. Preisser as a Class I director effective January 1, 2027, succeeding B. Joanne Edwards who is retiring from the Board. Ms. Preisser, currently Executive Vice President and President of Brunswick Boat Group at Brunswick Corporation, will serve on the Compensation Committee and Innovation & Technology Committee. She receives an initial restricted stock award valued at $150,000 vesting in three years.
