Sensient appoints Ernest Chan and Philip Yu to Board, increasing size from nine to ten members

The Board of Directors increased its size from nine to ten members and elected Messrs. Ernest Chan and Philip Yu as directors, effective December 2, 2026. One new director fills the vacancy left by the death of Ms. Essie Whitelaw in September 2026, while the other fills a newly created seat. Both will serve until the 2027 annual meeting and sit on the Scientific Advisory Committee. Mr. Chan is CEO of RF Technologies, and Mr. Yu is a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral and Senior Director at IMSAR LLC.
