Elevra completes sale of Ewoyaa Project interest to Huayou for US$71 million in cash

Elevra Lithium Limited has completed the sale of all rights and interests in its Ewoyaa Lithium Project in Ghana to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co., Ltd. for approximately US$71 million in cash, before fees and taxes. The transaction follows receipt of required Ghanaian government approvals and removes Elevra's development funding obligations for the project. Proceeds will provide financial flexibility as the company advances its North American lithium assets, including the brownfield expansion at North American Lithium and development activities at Moblan. Elevra is a North American hard-rock lithium producer with projects in Canada and the United States.
