Elevra Lithium Limited reported strong operational performance for the June 2026 quarter, achieving a new monthly production record of 22,202 dry metric tonnes of spodumene concentrate in May. Total quarterly production increased 15% quarter-on-quarter to 54,479 dry metric tonnes at a 5.0% grade, with lithium recoveries improving to 71%. Revenue declined 61% to US$31 million due to lower sales volumes and a lagged pricing mechanism from a final legacy contract. The company secured a US$196 million institutional placement and US$102 million in convertible notes from the Canada Growth Fund to fully fund the North American Lithium expansion. Additionally, Elevra agreed to sell its Ewoyaa Project interest in Ghana to Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt for approximately US$71 million. Elevra Lithium Limited is a hard-rock lithium producer operating assets in Canada, the United States, and Australia.
