Stryker Corporation announced a reorganization of its organizational structure, creating a new Ortho Tech business. This new unit combines the orthopaedic instruments portfolio from the Instruments business with the Mako and enabling technologies portfolio from the Other Orthopaedics business. The company will maintain two reportable segments: MedSurg and Neurotechnology and Orthopaedics. Consequently, Stryker is recasting its consolidated financial statements for the three years ended December 31, 2025, to align with this new segment reporting; however, these updates are not a restatement of previously issued financial statements.
