Takeda Pharmaceutical reported a net loss of JPY 152.1 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, compared to a net profit of JPY 108.1 billion in the prior year. The loss was primarily driven by a JPY 403.5 billion provision for legal proceedings following a jury verdict in the AMITIZA antitrust litigation in the U.S. Revenue for the period decreased 1.7% to JPY 4,505.7 billion.
