Treasure Global cuts Mestiz Technology service fees to $1M from $2M for BI solution

Treasure Global Inc entered into a Supplemental Agreement with Mestiz Technology Sdn Bhd on September 24, 2026, amending their Software Development Agreement. The parties reduced the total service fees from $2,000,000 to $1,000,000 while maintaining the scope for a centralized Microsoft Power BI Business Intelligence solution across lifestyle membership, loyalty ecosystem, and digital wallet businesses. Treasure Global has already issued shares valued at $500,000 to satisfy Milestone 1, which is credited against the revised fees. The remaining $500,000 will be paid in two $250,000 milestones upon mobilization of Phase 2 and Phase 3, payable in cash, stock, or a combination at the Company's discretion.
