THOR Industries reported fourth quarter and full-year fiscal 2026 results ending July 31, 2026. Fourth-quarter net sales declined 8.4% to $2.31 billion, with diluted EPS falling 66.9% to $0.78 as gross margins compressed by 230 basis points to 12.4%. Full-year net sales rose 0.3% to $9.61 billion, while full-year diluted EPS dropped 30.2% to $3.38 due to margin pressure from material costs and promotional activity. The company repurchased $115.1 million of shares during the fiscal year and reduced debt by $59.7 million. Management anticipates a flat retail environment in fiscal 2027, deferring specific guidance until after industry events in September, while projecting that strategic restructuring initiatives will yield over $100 million in annual cost savings once fully implemented. THOR Industries is the world's largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles.
