TIM S.A.'s Fiscal Council gives favorable opinion on proposed merger of I-Systems

The Fiscal Council of TIM S.A. issued a favorable opinion regarding the proposed incorporation (merger) of I-Systems Soluções de Infraestrutura S.A. into TIM S.A. The council reviewed the Protocol and Justification of Incorporation, as well as an appraisal report prepared by Apsis Consultoria e Avaliações Ltda., which valued I-Systems' net equity at book value as of July 31, 2026. The council concluded that the documents are in order and recommended approval by the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting to be convened. TIM S.A. is a telecommunications company operating primarily in Brazil.
