Turkcell signs agreement to acquire 11% stake in TOGG for EUR 88M

Turkcell signed a Share Purchase Agreement on November 2, 2026, to acquire 796,567,640 shares from AG Anadolu Grubu Holding A.Ş., representing an 11% stake in Türkiye'nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu (TOGG). The total purchase price is EUR 88,000,000, payable upon closing subject to regulatory approvals and conditions precedent. Following the transaction, Turkcell's ownership in TOGG will increase from 23% to 34%. TOGG produces electric passenger vehicles and related supportive operations. Turkcell operates as a telecommunications provider.
