On June 17, 2026, Tennant Company announced the appointment of Richard H. (Rusty) Zay as Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Zay previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. To recognize his increased responsibilities, the Compensation Committee approved $400,000 in incremental equity awards, split equally between restricted stock units and performance-based restricted stock units.
