Sajal K. Srivastava resigned as President and Chief Investment Officer of TriplePoint Venture Growth BDC Corp., effective December 31, 2026. The Board decreased its size from eight to seven members concurrently. Ian Schworer was appointed Chief Investment Officer for the company, also effective December 31, 2026. Srivastava will remain a director until the end of the transition period and is not departing due to disagreements with management.
