On July 13, 2026, Trex Company, Inc. entered into a National Distribution Agreement with U.S. Lumber Group, LLC (USL) for decking, railing, and fastening products in the U.S. and Canada. Effective January 1, 2027, USL will become the sole and exclusive national distributor, subject to a non-compete restriction. Trex reserves the right to sell directly and appoint additional distributors, provided no other distributor covers more than three of seven U.S. regions. By January 1, 2029, Trex will implement a dual-distribution model in most markets. Simultaneously, Trex terminated its entire commercial distribution relationship with Boise Cascade Company and its subsidiary, effective August 12, 2026, with no associated termination fees. The company manufactures and sells composite decking and railing products.
