Oaktree Capital Group Holdings GP, LLC notified TORM plc that it no longer indirectly holds any shares or voting rights in the company as of July 31, 2026. This change resulted from a restructuring of OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l., through which Brookfield Corporation became the ultimate controlling shareholder. Njord Luxco continues to hold 20,329,874 Class A shares, representing 19.86% of TORM plc's total share capital and voting rights. The ownership transfer does not alter the direct stake held by Njord Luxco. TORM is a leading global carrier of refined oil products operating a fleet of product tanker vessels.
