Tower Semiconductor reported record second quarter 2026 financial results ending June 30, 2026. Revenue reached $460 million, a 24% year-over-year increase, while net profit hit a record $91 million, or $0.80 basic and $0.79 diluted earnings per share. Gross profit rose 72% to $138 million, and operating profit more than doubled to $90 million compared to the prior year period. The company provided third quarter revenue guidance of $520 million, representing a 31% year-over-year increase.
