TSHATaysha Gene Therapies, Inc.
Taysha Gene Therapies reported a net loss of $46.6 million ($0.13 per share) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared to a $26.9 million loss in the prior year period. Research and development expenses rose to $38.6 million from $20.1 million due to BLA-enabling manufacturing initiatives and higher clinical trial costs. Topline data from the REVEAL 6-month interim analysis and FDA feedback are expected in the first half of 2027. Taysha also completed a $230 million follow-on equity offering, bringing cash and cash equivalents to $455.4 million as of June 30, 2026, extending its runway into late 2028. The company operates in the biotechnology industry, developing adeno-associated virus-based gene therapies for severe monogenic diseases of the central nervous system.
