TETRA Technologies, Inc. through its subsidiary TETRA Bromine Project LLC entered into a Master Services Agreement with Diversified Construction & Design, L.L.C. to provide construction, commissioning, and related services for Phases 2 and 3 of the Evergreen Project bromine production facility in Arkansas. The agreement covers approximately $95 million of the estimated $220 million in remaining capital expenditures for the Evergreen Project. TETRA Technologies, Inc. provides specialized chemical and engineering services to the energy and industrial sectors.
