Grupo Televisa reported second quarter 2026 results with revenues of Ps.14,288.9 million, a 3.0% decrease year-on-year. Operating segment income increased 5.0% to Ps.5,978.1 million, while net loss attributable to stockholders was Ps.497.4 million, compared to a net income of Ps.474.5 million in 2Q25. The company also noted the issuance of zero-coupon convertible debentures totaling Ps.6,917.8 million on June 3, 2026, which will mandatorily convert into CPOs and/or shares by June 3, 2027. Grupo Televisa is a major telecommunications company that operates cable and satellite pay television systems in Mexico.
