TVGrupo Televisa, S.A.B.
Grupo Televisa reported third-quarter 2026 results showing a return to profitability with net income attributable to stockholders of Ps.882.7 million, compared to a net loss of Ps.1,932.5 million in the prior year period. Consolidated revenues declined by 3.8% to Ps.14,077.7 million, driven primarily by a 20.5% drop in Satellite Services revenue due to subscriber losses. Enterprise Services revenue grew 6.8%, while Residential Services remained essentially flat. The company also announced a strategic agreement with Fintech Holdings Inc. to acquire AT&T’s wireless telecommunications business in Mexico for $2 billion, expected to close in the first quarter of 2027.
