Travere Therapeutics announced that Eric Dube will step down as President and CEO effective December 1, 2026. Bradley L. Campbell has been appointed as his successor in both roles on the same date. Dr. Dube will serve as Executive Advisor through February 15, 2027, to facilitate transition. Mr. Campbell brings over 25 years of biopharmaceutical experience, previously serving as CEO of Amicus Therapeutics until its acquisition by BioMarin in April 2026. His employment agreement includes a $1 million base salary, target bonus of 85%, and initial equity awards valued at approximately $16.5 million, plus a potential $3.75 million performance-based award. The company operates in the biopharmaceutical industry.
