Uranium Energy Corp signs long-term sales agreements for 1.1 million pounds with two U.S. utilities

UEC US Uranium LLC entered into definitive long-term sales agreements to deliver a total of 1,100,000 pounds of uranium concentrates (U3O8) over six years. Deliveries are scheduled at 100,000 pounds annually from 2027 through 2032 under one contract and 2028 through 2032 under the other. All volumes will be priced at prevailing spot market prices with no floors, ceilings, discounts, or fixed pricing, maintaining the company's fully unhedged strategy.
