UFP Industries agrees to acquire Apache Products for $27M to expand pallet manufacturing

UFP Industries has entered into an agreement to acquire the operating assets, including real estate, of Apache Products, Inc., a wood pallet manufacturer based in Silsbee, Texas. The transaction is valued at approximately $27 million and adds roughly $55 million in annual sales along with 165 employees. The deal expands UFP Packaging's PalletOne network into the Gulf Coast region, a key industrial market. Closing is expected around November 16, 2026, subject to customary conditions. Concurrently, the company amended its credit agreement to extend the maturity of its $750 million revolving facility to October 23, 2031. UFP Industries manufactures and distributes value-added products for retail, construction, and industrial markets.
