Urban One amends indenture for $105M 10.5% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2030

Urban One entered into a supplemental indenture with Wilmington Trust, National Association as trustee and collateral agent, relating to its 10.500% First Lien Senior Secured Notes due 2030. The amendment expands the permitted uses of proceeds from certain asset dispositions and includes technical amendments. Holder consent was obtained for more than a majority in aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding. Urban One operates radio broadcasting stations across multiple U.S. markets.
